WZ gravity-free double shaft paddle mixer

The horizontal double shaft rotates at the same speed in the opposite direction, and the specially arranged paddles on the shaft ensure the radial, annular and axial movements to form a compound cycle to achieve uniform mixing. It can also physicochemically spray a small amount of liquid to meet different process requirements.

The machine adopts labyrinth seal, the special structure of the discharge valve solves the problem of material seepage and leakage of shaft end parts, and prolongs the use of seals such as bearings.

The gravity-free double-shaft paddle mixer has the characteristics of strong and high efficiency. The mixing time is short, the design mixing time is 1~3 minutes, and the uniformity of the 1:1000 injection ratio is greater than 95%. The paddles with special angles on the shaft ensure the radial, circumferential and axial throwing movement of the material, forming a compound cycle to achieve uniform mixing.
