working principle

ZGH type vertical high-speed mixer is composed of bottom feeding blade pulp and high-speed crushing blade pulp. The feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upward along the cylinder wall. The high-speed crushing blade pulp completely smashes the material sent by the blade pulp, so that the material is circulated to form a vortex, and the purpose of mixing the material evenly is achieved in a short time.

Structural features

1. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the bottom feeding blade slurry of ZGH type vertical high-speed mixer continuously feeds the bottom material upward along the cylinder wall, and the upper material falls down from the center, so that the material circulates to form a vortex.

2. The high-speed crushed leaf pulp completely smashes the lumpy materials sent by the feeding leaf pulp.
