The volume of air flowing through the machine increases, and the finished product thickens, whereas it becomes fine. Change the opening degree of butterfly valve can adjust the air volume and pressure of the system.
When the particle size of the finished product of the crusher is changed, the load of the main motor will change significantly. At this time, the feeding amount of the material (that is, the productivity of the micro powder machine) should be changed accordingly to make the main motor work at close to the rated load and avoid motor overload. For example, in order to make the particle size of finished products become fine, increasing the speed of the classifier and reducing the air volume will lead to increased material retention (discharging capacity), and the current value (load) of the main motor and the classifier motor will increase, so it is necessary to adjust the feeding amount.
