Daily maintenance

(1) Check whether the screw of the crusher is loose and the footing of the crusher is well grounded.

(2) Check the power supply and contactor are sensitive and reliable.

Regular maintenance

(1) Weekly check whether the transmission device is loose.

(2) Clean the bearing and add lubricating oil every month.

(3) Maintain the whole machine every year and replace the lubricating oil in each bearing.

Cleaning method

In the operation room with broom, spade and brush to remove the internal and external surface of the crusher medicinal materials. Clean the internal and external surfaces of the crusher with cleaning agent dipped in a brush, cloth or cloth, then rinse the cloth with drinking water until no detergent remains, and then wipe clean with a clean cloth.
